would have extended the stay
Great location with an amazing lake view. Rooms had air conditioning, cable channels, coffee machine, and fridge. Loved the shower. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Clean and simple vibe. No full maid service which was a bummer. Fitness center and hot tub available. Renovations were going on but didn’t bother us.

The breakfast here was really good and there was plenty of yummy food to choose from. I got a room with a nice balcony, which was a great spot to relax. the location of this place is super convenient, very close to all the action around here! 🌟

The pool and view were nice. The bartender was excellent as was the food we ate at the bar. Entertainment was great!!
The person next door was by the ajoining room talking on the phone and it was like he was in our room. That sucked at 8am on Sat. morning.

Good customer service - they upgraded me from a king room to a room with a balcony because of an issue. the room was well-kept and comfy. the breakfast was better than expected and the other services here were also good. 🌟

Enjoyed our stay. Was expecting to have a lake front room. Was not told that there was a different view for the rooms. Picture on the computer just showed the lake view.

The Waterfront Inn is a hip new hotel with spectacular views. It's in the best possible location in a very nice area, close to Lake Sumter Square and Lake Sumter Landing. - Plus, it's within walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing.

Good-sized and newly decorated rooms with a great view of the lake. Exceptionally comfortable bed. - Nice-sized bathroom. - Overall good location close to restaurants, shops, local restaurants, and the lake. - Close to the center of activity.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, town square, live music, a movie theater, a bookstore, Lake Sumter Square. We were able to walk to Starbucks within 10-15 minutes from the property.

Location just next door to the activities & the town square as well as such a wretched restaurant. Very comfy beds, Keurig coffee machine and it's own balcony in the room.
